I'm Katy - textile artist and the designer~maker behind Delilah And The Moon. 

For years I explored and played with textiles and sewing techniques, finding my own style and producing mixed media textile pieces influenced by time spent outdoors, native flora & fauna, story telling, folklore and myths textures and found treasures. I continue this textile art journey alongside sewing up our accessories range and regularly run workshops for children & adults.

The accessories side all started off with our children requesting various items for fancy dress. We had a pretty good dressing up box but not everything that was required, it would appear! Masks, superhero cuffs and capes followed but it was the marvellous crown that was to launch it all!

Several years on and many handmade dress up accessories later we launched as Delilah And The Moon. I say 'we' as everyone helps with inspiration, support and packing orders but I am head designer~maker so everything you buy is made by me from start to finish.

Our range of items has evolved as our family has grown but our original ethos remains ~ Developing a range of whimsical, boho and eco accessories for children, family and home, we are inspired by storytelling, magic and a passion for designing accessories that encourage creative play and a desire to make beautiful things as sustainably as possible, to re-use things and to find alternatives to mass produced and single use items.
